Yes it is! You can advertise your villa, townhome, condo or holiday home for free. However, to make sure that all listings are "current" you will have to renew it every year. That way any home owners that do not wish to advertise their vacation rental or holiday home (i.e. they may not wish to rent it out any more) can just let their listing expire.

• How can I get my listing to the top of its category?

With a Featured Listing. All the listings in a category are ordered by their Google Page Rank (PR). Google rates websites by what they see as their popularity, therefore we list all listings in a category by order of their popularity or Google Page Rank (PR) - highest at the top. However, Featured Listings appear at the top of each category.

• What is a Featured Listing?
